In our online store there is a huge variety of products, which you can get with one click. For greater ease of search we have divided our products into categories / subcategories from where you can browse and find the product of your choice. In case you are looking for something specific, use the Search, which will lead you directly to your specific choice.
How do I find a product?
You can find any product you want in two ways:
On the left in the column with the product categories you select the category you want. Then click on the product if you want to have some more information about it, otherwise click Add to cart below each product and it automatically enters the cart with your selections.
From the Search option at the top center of the pages. Do a search by selecting any criterion you want or everything.
What can I do if I do not find the product I am looking for?
If despite the search on the site you have not managed to find the product you want then you can contact us either by phone at 210-5758513, or via email at sales@adorntextile.gr.
What is a shopping cart?
It is exactly what the basket is in the regular stores. With the Add to cart button you can place there any product you are interested in buying, but also remove it with the Delete button. Just because you have a product in your cart does not mean you have bought it. Follow a short process until it becomes yours. You have the opportunity to see what you have chosen and how much each one costs separately and all together.
How can I buy?
The purchase process in our online store is very easy:
Use the categories / subcategories in the main menu, navigate our website and find what you are looking for.
When you find a product you want to buy, select it and click the “ADD TO CART” button below each product.
Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the “BASKET” link located at the top right of the website. You can use the “DELETE BASKET” button to remove products from your cart.

Do I have to be a member to be able to buy?
No, you can buy without being a member. However, with your registration you have the opportunity to be the first to receive information about our new offers. The process is very fast and simple. After you enter a product in the cart and choose to continue at the checkout, the system will automatically instruct you to register as a new member. The information you need to enter during your registration is used only to ensure the possibility of contacting you to send your order.
Your personal data is collected by our company exclusively in the context of conducting transactions with our online store and our communication with you, to complete your orders and facilitate deliveries. All your personal data, which are collected through the special electronic form of our online store are the absolutely necessary for the performance of the above services and your registration indicates your full consent. You can access your data at any time. You can also request the immediate deletion of your data at any time. You are also entitled to exercise at any time all your rights under Articles 11-13 of Law 2472/1997. In any case, your data is kept by our company only for as long as you are a registered user. Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party and is managed exclusively by our company.
How can I change my account information?
Changing personal information in your account is very easy. After “login” to your account, giving your email and password, click on the “My Account” link, which is located at the top right of the page and there you can edit all your personal information.
Has my order been completed?
After completing the process of entering the recipient’s details and clicking Send Order, a message will appear informing you that the order has been completed. This message also mentions the order code, which you should keep.
A product is missing from my order. What can I do;
We are very careful in the matter of your immediate and proper service. If you nevertheless find an omission in your order you have three options.
Send us an e-mail at sales@adorntextile.gr, where the order code will be mentioned or in what name the registration has been made and of course the mistake that has been made.
Talk to one of the sellers on weekdays from 9:00 to 21:00 at 210-5758513, where you will write what is mentioned above about the e-mail
Can I know at any stage what stage my order is at?
On the introductory page of our site there is the link Evolution order. By clicking on the specific link you are transferred to the website of the courier company, where you enter in the appropriate box that will appear the number of your order, which has been given to you upon completion of your order. This will inform you at what stage the process is.
At the same time you can send an e-mail to sales@adorntextile.gr and after mentioning the order code and the name of the registration, you have the opportunity to ask about any issue related to the service of your order.

How can I cancel an order?
Order cancellation is done in three ways. In all three cases you will need to provide the order code or if you have not kept it, the name and the date on which it was made. The ways are:

Can I return a (defective or not) product?
We make sure that the quality of our products is guaranteed. If you still receive a defective product you can contact the company by e-mail at sales@adorntextile.gr or by phone at 210-5758513 at 11: 00-17: 00.
You can tell us your name, the order date and the problem that occurred and we will try to serve you. Initially and in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, an attempt will be made to solve any problem over the phone. How do I open an account?
To open an account you will register a new member right in the menu by filling in your details on the form. Your email will be used as a username. Upon successful creation you will be sent an email with an activation link, which you will follow to activate your account. If you lose the email you can send it again by logging in. There it will notify you that the account has not been activated and you will be given the opportunity to resend the activation email.
How will I receive the newsletter and the offers of our e-shop?
You can enter your email in the newsletter subscription right in the menu.

An account is not required to subscribe to the newsletter.
I entered the password many times incorrectly and locked my account
After xxx failed attempts to sign in to your account, the account locks for your own security. After xxx and every effort that follows you will be sent an email with a link that you must follow to unlock the account. If you have not received the email check in spam or bulk folders or resend automatically making a new connection attempt. Once the account is unlocked you can log in with your details. If you do not remember them you can make a reminder from the menu.
I forgot my e-shop password. What can I do?
To regain access to your personal account, you will need to enter your email in the “Forgot your password?” Field. located on the input page and then press the “SUBMIT” button. You will immediately receive in your mail a new temporary code, which will allow you to log in to your account. After logging in to your account you can change this temporary password that was sent to you with a new different password, of your choice. In any case, if you forgot your password you do not need and should not open a new account. By opening a new account you will lose all the information about your previous orders and our system will treat you like a new customer.
