Before proceeding with the purchase, please read all the information about our products (sizes, colors, materials, etc.).
Any return of products is accepted only and if the product is returned within 14 days from the day of receipt, in its original condition, it has not been used, beaten, soiled or is in any condition other than its original along with any documents sent (receipt, guarantee, etc.). Returns that do not comply with the store policy will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the customer. In addition, no refund will be accepted without prior consultation.
For the return of products, contact us through the site or by sending an email to sales@adorntextile.gr, informing about the product you want to return, the reason for which you return it, the date of receipt and your details, and we will make sure to proceed immediately upon completion of the procedure depending on the reason for return.
The return of the product is done exclusively at your own expense, and it is agreed together to order a new product through the site or refund. Under no circumstances will shipping or cash on delivery costs be reimbursed. We recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel, in order to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel. The initial shipping costs you paid for your purchase are non-refundable.
In case the product delivered to you is incorrect (ie it is not the product of your order), its return will be made upon receipt by you at a cost to us, while the refund will be agreed with you (including shipping or cash on delivery costs) or the shipment of the correct product. The refund or the replacement with another product upon receipt of the product to confirm incorrect shipment.
Changes
We accept changes for different sizes or for other products. Shipping costs for both shipments (from you to us and from us to you) are borne by the customer.
